WHAT IS CIBAO GRILLE?
It’s a restaurant that emerged from a vision of two young men who decided to put their ample restaurant knowledge to satisfy the taste of Naples residents and tourists.
The meaning of the word Cibao is “Place where rocks abound” and is the name of a valley of the most fertile and productive center region of the Dominican Republic located in the heart of the Caribbean where the owners were born.
The Chef has tailored a menu to complement American cuisine while introducing Caribbean spices, relishes and fruits; so the dishes are created with and exotic blend of American and Caribbean Cuisine. The food is marked by a consistent search for excellence in preparing the finest fresh products with superior skill and finesse.
The Chef is always innovative and creative, daily he creates lunch and dinner features. For Lunch Cibao Grille offers different soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas and seafood specialties. Every night the Chef prepares exquisite dishes that make the dinner time a memorable dinning experience. On the dinner menu you can enjoy an array of different appetizers and a wide selection of Steaks, Chicken, and seafood to be paired with our extensive selection of fine wines.
Cibao Grille is a small bistro style restaurant, the space is intimate, a place to enjoy the company of one or to share a party for more. There is upbeat instrumental music with Caribbean rhythm.
From start to finish, drinks to dessert, Cibao Grille works with talented individuals who understand that each table is different and each person unique.

* Lunch: Monday - Friday 11:00a.m.-1:30p.m.
* Dinner: Monday - Saturday 5:00p.m.-9:00p.m.
